Regular staff training
Our employees play a key role in quality control. This is why we invest in their development – regular training and certification allow us to maintain the highest standards and keep up to date with the latest technological developments.
Precision measuring tools
We use measuring tools from only the best manufacturers, which guarantees exceptional accuracy of all measurements. We have CMM coordinate measuring machines, as well as micrometers, dial gauges and hardness testers, which allow us to precisely check the parameters of each detail.
Professional test stands
Quality control at our plant takes place in a separate room, where a constant temperature (20°C) and appropriate humidity are maintained, which ensures optimal conditions for obtaining precise measurement results. The measurements are compared directly with a 3D model – 1:1 with the designed geometry.

Our measuring machines, such as the ABERLINK AXIOM TOO 900 CNC, guarantee exceptional measurement precision, ensuring that each product is manufactured in accordance
with customer expectations. Advanced technology and the procedures used (PPAP, SFAI) allow us to achieve micrometre-level accuracy to ensure full compliance with the design.

At the customer’s request, we provide detailed CMM measurement reports, measurement protocols (for individual parts, random or complete) and documentation in accordance with the requirements of standards and quality systems (e.g. ISO).
STAGES OF CONTROL

At this stage, we check 100% compliance with the documentation, which allows us to detect any non-conformities before mass production begins.
Regular measurements during production ensure that each part complies with the requirements and that the repeatability of the process is maintained at the highest level.
We take detailed final measurements and prepare comprehensive documentation for the customer; we check the completeness of the order, protect the parts from damage and label the product.
