Manufacturing of blades and components

We manufacture turbine blades and blade-related components, such as pins, screws or spacers – both as individual units and complete sets ready for assembly.

Machining of difficult materials

We have experience in working with demanding alloys typical for the energy sector, which allows us to machine components made of heat-resistant steel and steel resistant to high thermal loads.

Ready for assembly

We prepare the components so that they are ready for immediate assembly – taking into account thinning, dimensional adjustment and the operating conditions of the assembly.

Non-destructive testing (NDT)

All components can be tested using VT, PT, MT, UT, RT or ET. We document the results in accordance with EN 10204, ensuring full quality and safety control.

Express modes

In critical situations, we carry out orders urgently – we manufacture single or short-run components ready for immediate use.

Advanced technology

We have 5-axis machining centres and work in a HYPERMILL CAD/CAM environment, which allows us to precisely reproduce the geometry of even the most demanding parts.

Manual machining

We perform the final surface finishing by hand – our experienced grinders guarantee the highest level of detail finish, especially in geometrically critical areas.

Full quality control

Each component undergoes inspection on CMM machines and manual verification. We document the measurement results and provide reports for every manufactured component.
