3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining

Components are manufactured on precision CNC centres – we ensure high accuracy and repeatability of production in relation to the 3D model.

Production of hydraulic actuators

We manufacture a full range of actuators – from standard CJ and CD models to custom designs tailored to customer specifications.

Connecting components and joints

We manufacture valves, nipples, couplings, reducers and other system components – in accordance with documentation or based on a design.

Fast implementation

Hydraulic system failure? We are ready for fast production of individual parts and short series.

We process structural steels, stainless steels, aluminium, brass, bronze and special alloys, selecting them according to pressure and environmental requirements.

1:1 measurement on CMM, compliance with documentation, control of all critical and leak-proof dimensions – this is standard, not optional.

Reproduction of components without documentation.

For many hydraulic applications, the availability of documentation is often limited, which is why we offer precise reproduction of components based on physical designs. We take measurements, analyse the geometry and material, prepare a 3D model, and then manufacture the finished component – in accordance with operational requirements.
