Thin-walled details
We weld thin-walled details where minimising deformation and achieving a perfect geometric fit are important. This is crucial in the case of aluminium and stainless steel.

Welding stations
An ergonomic workspace equipped with a table with a positioning and clamping system, high-class welding sources and accessories enabling work with both thin-walled details and massive structures.
Certificates
Thanks to certificates authorising us to weld stainless steel, we carry out orders in accordance with industry requirements. All processes are carried out according to approved procedures, and the joints are subjected to a VT1 visual inspection carried out by the quality department.
Invisible welds
During the final grinding and polishing, the welds are levelled with such precision that they become invisible. This process is particularly important for components that require high aesthetics, further painting or anodising, and structures in which hygienic or aerodynamic considerations are of key importance.

We weld various types of metals, from typical structural steels to specialised alloys processed in our plant. We select the technology, parameters and surface preparation based on the properties of the material, its geometry and the requirements of the project. We are certified to weld carbon steel, stainless steel and acid-resistant steel.

Reverse engineering
We have the ability to use reverse engineering and produce details based on existing ones. This allows us to manufacture spare parts, reconstruct details or adapt old components to new technologies.
Thermal and surface treatment
As part of our additional services, we offer comprehensive heat and surface treatment of manufactured details. We perform, for example, hardening, nitriding, heat treatment, chromium plating and various types of protective coatings. The range of available processes is tailored to the individual customer requirements and project specifics.
Painting
As part of our additional services, we offer spray or powder painting of manufactured parts. We ensure proper surface preparation, selection of a painting system appropriate for the working conditions, and fulfilment of customer requirements in terms of colour, thickness and coating properties. Painting processes are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, and each component undergoes quality control of the finishing.
