Project objective and implementation<\/h3>\n\n

Implementation of the recommendations of the technological audit carried out at the Applicant’s company between October 18, 2023, and November 6, 2023.<\/p>\n\n

Project activities and results:<\/h3>\n\n
    \n
  1. Expansion of the machine park through the purchase of automated\/robotized CNC machines for key machining operations (turning, milling) and CAD\/CAM software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Expansion of production capacity to enable the fulfillment of new orders through high-precision machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Implementation of governance principles and reorganization of the company for the effective implementation of new technologies and their subsequent application \u2013 recommendation implemented through the purchase of consulting services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Training activities preparing for the implementation of new technological solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Mentoring activities supporting the principles of continuous improvement, including in the area of process automation, both in production and administrative-management and support processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Activities related to building cybersecurity in the enterprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Implementation of a product innovation in the form of a screw for oil pumps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Implementation of process innovation through the purchase of a milling center, turning center, software, and implementation of a new organizational structure in the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Increase in revenue from the sale of new or improved products\/services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Creation of 1 job position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Training of employees in the development of skills in the field of smart specialization, industrial transformation, and entrepreneurship \u2013 34 people.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The management and staff of EDBA Bartosz Drosakis, suppliers of technology, machinery, equipment, and software, training institutions and consulting companies, the local community, and end users of the company’s products.<\/p>\n\n
